THE CORPORATION OF THE COUNTY OF ESSEX <br />BY -LAW # 05 -2002 <br />A BY -LAW AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A LEASE AGREEMENT <br />BETWEEN THE CORPORATION OF THE COUNTY OF ESSEX AND HER <br />MAJESTY THE QUEEN IN RIGHT OF ONTARIO AS REPRESENTED BY THE <br />CHAIR OF THE MANAGEMENT BOARD OF CABINET <br />WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to execute a Lease Agreement, for the period April 1, <br />2001 to March 31, 2003, between The Corporation of the County of Essex and Her Majesty the <br />Queen in right of Ontario as represented by the Chair of the Management Board of Cabinet for the <br />leasing of the building and lands, including all improvements, located at 285 McDougall Street, <br />Windsor, Ontario, for the provision of land ambulance services; <br />NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the County of Essex enacts as <br />follows: <br />1. THAT the Warden and Clerk be and they are hereby authorized to execute the Lease <br />between the Corporation of the County of Essex and Her Majesty the Queen in right of <br />Ontario as represented by the Chair of the Management Board of Cabinet, a copy of <br />which is attached hereto. <br />2.
