That after leave granted, all notices of motion, by -laws ele. <br />shall be put upon a roll or order of the day, so that the same may k <br />taken up at the next sitting in regular succession, and s list of such <br />motions as remain undisposed of shall be put in some consp euoue <br />place in the council room for the inspection of councillors, which lid <br />shall take precedence of any other order of the day. <br />NOTICES OF MOTION. <br />10. Notice of motion to introduce any resolution or bylaw <br />shall be given at least one sitting of the council before being intro, <br />duced. j <br />11. No notice of motion involving the expenditure of money! <br />shall be received lator than the second day of each session. <br />12. No notice of motion shall be received by the clerk from any j <br />councillor when the council is not in session. i <br />MEMBERS SPEAKING. <br />18. That every member desiring to speak shall rise un ", i <br />from his seat and address himself to the chair. <br />14. That when two members or more rise at the name time to i <br />speak, the warden or chairman shall decide in favor of the one who <br />first catches his eye. <br />15. That every member present shall vote on every question, <br />less excused by the council. <br />16.
