<br />136 <br /> <br />BY-LAWS OF THE COUNTY OF ESSEX <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Municipal Council of <br />the Corporation of the Township of Gosfield South: <br /> <br />1. That all that part of the highway as hereinafter described <br />be and the same is hereby closed, namely: ALL AND SINGULAR <br />that certain parcel or tract of land and premises situate, lying and <br />being in the Tawnship of Gasfield Sauth, in the Caunty of Essex and <br />Pravince of Ontaria, being compased of part of the Lake Frant Raad, <br />as shawn an Registered Plan Number 1031, and which said parcel ar <br />tract may be more particularly described as fallows: COMMENCING <br />at the northwesterly angle of Lot Thirteen (13) according ta Regis- <br />tered Plan Number 1031, thence easterly, follawing the production <br />of the southerly limit af the said road west of Lot Thirteen (13), one <br />hundred and twenty-nine feet and nine inches (129'9") mare or less, <br />to the production nartherly af the easterly limit of Lot Fifteen (15) <br />according to the above mentioned plan; thence sautherly, follawing <br />the productian of the easterly limit af Lot Fifteen (15) forty-eight <br />feet and ten inches (48'10"), mare ar less, to the northeasterly angle <br />af said lat; thence westerly, following the northerly limit of Lots <br />Fifteen (15), Faurteen (14) and Thirteen (13) ane hundred and thirty <br />feet and eight inches (130'8"), mare or less, to the place of beginning. <br /> <br />2. That in consideratian af the aforesaid adjoining land owners <br />paying all the necessary legal or other expenses to which the Corpara- <br />tion has been or shall hereafter be put in respect of the closing of <br />the said portion of the said highway, the Corporation af the Township <br />of Gosfield South shall grant, release and quit claim and does hereby <br />grant, release and quit claim unto the aforesaid adjoining land owners <br />respectively all its estate, right, title and interest, claim and demand <br />whatsoever, both at law and in equity, in, to and out of those parts <br />of the aforesaid highway so closed to the respective adjoining land <br />owners as follows: <br /> <br />To the owner of Lot Number Thirteen (13) in the said Tawn- <br />ship, according to Registered Plan 1031, namely: ALL AND SINGU- <br />LAR that certain parcel or tract of land and premises situate, lying <br />and being in the Township of Gasfield South, in the County of Essex <br />and Province of Ontario, being composed of part of the Lake Front <br />Road, as shown on Registered Plan No. 1031, and which said parcel <br />or tract may be more particularly described as fallows: <br /> <br />COMMENCING at the northeasterly angle of Lot Thirteen (13), <br />according to Registered Plan No. 1031; thence easterly, following e <br />
