e BY-LAWS OF THE COUNTY OF ESSEX 135 THEREFORE the Municipal Corporation of the County of Essex by the council thereof enacts as follows. 1. That By-law Number 379 of the Corporation of the Town- ship of Gosfield South, passed on the 7th day of September, 1935, be and the same is hereby confirmed. 2. HALL, Warden Read first time-February 1, 1936 Read second time-February 1, 1936 Read third time-February I, 1936 BY-LAW NO. 379 A BY-LAW for the closing of part of the highway known as the Lake Front Road in the Township of Gosfield South in the County of Essex. WHEREAS it is desirable and expedient to close a portion of the highway in front of Registered Plan Number 1031. AND WHEREAS due notice of this by-law has been published in the issues of The Kingsville Reporter, a paper published in the Town of Kingsville, in the County of Essex, aforesaid, on the first, eighth, fifteenth and twenty-second days of August, 1935, and also posted in six conspicuous places in the immediate neighborhood of the aforesaid highway for at least one month prior to the date of this by-law. AND WHEREAS no objections to the said by-law have been presented to the municipal council of the Corporation of the Town- ship of Gosfield South. e AND WHEREAS the Corporation of the said Township of Gos- field South intends to grant and quit claim all its right, title and interest in the aforesaid portion of the highway to be closed to the abutting land owners immediately te. the south of the said highway.
