Since that time this Board has investigated additioarl <br />rental properties, and a oomparison of the eoss of these buildings was <br />mails¢ to each member of Council with the minutes se the DeeeasW <br />session. <br />At a meeting of the Library Board held JaauwT 1% 1961, it "s <br />moved by Mr. Sidey. seconded by Mr. Atkinson, that the fells+wlng <br />motion proposed by Mr. Douglas and Mr. Bruner be tabled pendiat <br />ooamideration of the proposal by County Council: "that the library <br />Board enter into a lease with Kensington Manor Liaoited for the rents' <br />of 3,210 square feet of spree in the ottise building at No Unity <br />Avsaus West, Windsor, the annual rental to total $&,300.00 and thsi <br />to inelude maintenanee, heating and jmtorial aeniesk and in" <br />seeommodstion for the bookmobile: the lease to be fee a PWW 0 ' <br />thr se years with the option to renew for a further two Yearn it awes' <br />eery". <br />
