KK/ Windsor, Ontario May 10, 2007 A meeting of the Housing Advisory Committee is held this day commencing at 9:30 o'clock a. m. in Room 402, 400 City Hall Square East, there being present the following members: Marina Clemens, Chairperson Councillor Alan Halberstadt Anna Angelidis, Labour Community Joelle Chase, Consumer & Tenant Representative Steve Govette, Canadian Mental Health Association Elayne Isaacs, Can Am Urban Non-Profit Homes Gary McNamara, Mayor Town of Tecumseh Heather McNamara, Multicultural Council Marion Overholt, Legal Assistance of Windsor Lorena Shepley, Consumer & Tenant Representative Jim Steele, Housing Provider Also present are thee ollowing resource personnel: Chris Aspila, Policy Planner, Land Information City of Windsor Bill King, County of Essex Rob Oleynik, Coordinator Administration and Development, Housing & Children Services Karen Kadour, Committee Coordinator Regrets receivede rom: Bill Bijl Debbie Cercone Judith Binder 1. CALL TO ORDER * The Committee Coordinator calls the meeting to order at 9:35 o'clock a.m. and the Committee considers the Agenda being Schedule "A" attached hereto, matters which are dealt with as follows: 2. INTRODUCTIONS Welcoming remarks are made and the members introduce themselves. 3. ELECTION OF CHAIRPERSON AND VICE CHAIRPERSON The Committee Coordinator requests nominations for the position of Chairperson.
