He <br />noted that the home had been up for sale since February 1998 <br />and that the home had been appraised at $260,000. Mr. Gorski <br />commented that all the offers that have been coming in for the <br />home have been under $200,000. As discussed at a previous <br />meeting of the Authority, the home had been over-appraised <br />and that the property was probably worth more in the <br />neighbourhood of $200,000. <br /> <br /> <br />
