Walstedt <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />The Chairman welcomed the Authority members and called the meeting to <br />order. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />DECLARATION OF INTEREST <br /> <br />Warden Pat O'Neil declared a conflict of interest with regard to item 12 on the <br />agenda of the Authority which dealt with the Richard White Property under the <br />In-Camera session. Mr. O'Neil noted that Mr. White was a client of the law <br />firm of which he was associated. During discussion of this item, Mr. O'Neil <br />refrained from discussing the issue. <br /> <br />DELEGATIONS <br /> <br />A) Mr. Jan Westcott, Brewers of Ontario <br /> <br />The Chairman welcomed Mr. Jan Westcott, Executive Director of <br />Brewers of Ontario to provide information on his company's deposit <br />return system for their product. <br /> <br />Mr. Westcott stated that his company represented all licensed brewers in <br />Ontario and had its own distribution system. <br /> <br /> <br />
