Sutts, Gignac Sutts <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />The Chairman welcomed the Authority members and called the meeting to <br /> <br />order. <br />DECLARATION OF INTEREST <br /> <br />There was no declaration of interest noted. <br /> <br />DELEGATIONS <br /> <br />A) Mr. Neil McBeth <br /> <br />Mr. Neil McBeth appeared before the Authority to address the <br />Authority's report on the Resident's Compensation Policy which had <br />been deferred from the last meeting. He noted that he had received a <br />letter from the EWSWA after the October meeting of the Authority <br />stating that a legal opinion had been received that he did not qualify for <br />the $5,000 lump sum payment since his residence was in Zone 3.
