Walstedt <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />The Chairman welcomed the Authority members and called the meeting to <br />order. <br /> <br />DECLARATION OF INTEREST <br /> <br />There was no declaration of interest noted. <br /> <br />3. DELEGATIONS <br /> <br />A) Mr. Neil McBeth <br /> <br />Mr. Neil McBeth appeared before the Committee to address the <br />Authority's report on the Resident's Compensation Policy. Mr. McBeth <br />noted that the report denied his request for the Lump Sum Payment to be <br />paid on the property he owned together with his mother Elaine Price. <br /> <br />Mr. McBeth stated that he has owned the house and the land jointly with <br />his mother since 1978 and at no time was there ever a severance on the <br />property. He stated that there was also no separate deed for the property <br />and that he should, therefore, be entitled to the Lump Sum Payment of <br /> <br /> <br />
