Call to Order Mr. Pepper, General Manager of EWSWA, assumed the Chair for the purpose of the election of Chair and Vice-Chair. Declaration of Interest Mr. Parr declared a conflict with regard to the supplementary summary of accounts invoice to Bondy, Riley, Koski, Stewart for legal fees related to the lawsuit with the Township of Sandwich South. Mr. Parr abstained on voting or discussing the subject when the matter was reviewed by the Authority. Election of Chair and Vice-Chair Mr. Pepper called for nominations for the position of Chair of EWSWA for the year, 1997. Moved by Mr. Innes THAT Mr. R. Schmidt be nominated as Chair of EWSWA for the year, 1997. There being no further nominations, Mr. Pepper declared Mr. Schmidt Chair .of the EWSWA for the year, 1997. Mr. Schmidt accepted the nomination. Mr. Pepper called for nominations for the position of Vice- Chair of EWSWA for the year, 1997. Moved by Mr. Limoges THAT Mr. B. Marra be nominated as Vice-Chair of EWSWA for the year, 1997. There being no further nominations, Mr. Pepper declared Mr. Marra Vice-Chair of the EWSWA for the year, 1997. Mr. Marra accepted the nomination. Mr. Schmidt assumed the Chair.
