Bebeau <br /> <br />Call To Order <br /> <br />The Chairman welcomed everyone and called the meeting to <br />order. <br /> <br />Declaration of Interest <br /> <br />There was no declaration of interest noted. <br /> <br />Deleqation <br /> <br />Mr. Bernard Gorski of Rentco Leasing, appeared before the <br />Authority to address the report recommending that WMI be <br />awarded the repair and maintenance of Authority recycling <br />vehicles used for the collection of recyclables in the <br />County. <br /> <br />Mr. Gorksi showed an overhead presentation outlining <br />Rentco Leasing's costs for labour and supplies and noted <br />that since Rentco Leasing had been handling the repairs <br />on the Authority recycling fleet, the costs related to <br />repairs had decreased. In addition, he stated that they <br />do warranty work through Labrie. Mr. Gorksi noted that <br />parking and fuelling of the vehicles would take place on <br />site compared to WMI which would be parking the vehicles <br />off-site. In addition, Rentco Leasing possessed a 14,000 <br />sq. ft. repair building which could accommodate 3-4 <br />vehicles at a time. <br /> <br />Mr. Limoges requested that Mr. John Bebeau of WMI be <br />allowed to respond to the comments made by Mr. Gorksi. <br /> <br /> <br />
