Iatonna ~7/95 Call To Order The Chairman welcomed everyone and called the meeting to order. Prior to commencement of the meeting, the Chairman announced that staff had received word that the Minister had signed the EA submission. He noted that Cabinet still needed to endorse the submission which should take place within the next several weeks. The Chairman thanked the Warden and Mayor for their assistance in this matter. The Chairman also noted that the item listed under the in- camera session dealing with operations of the proposed public drop off area, household chemical collection centre and wood/brush processing pad would be deferred since Mr. Wills, the City Chief Administrative Officer, could not be in attendance for the meeting. The Chairman asked that both City and County staff members work with CUPE locals affected. Declaration of Interest Ms. Wisdom declared a conflict of interest with regards to the in-camera item relating to the presentations from legal firms. Both legal firms have been associated with the YMCA which is her employer. Ms. Wisdom left the meeting during discussion of this item. Minutes of Meetinqs A) Essex-Windsor Solid Waste Authority - May 16, 1995 Moved by Mr. Wilson Seconded by Ms. Wisdom THAT the minutes of EWSWA meeting held on May 16, 1995 be endorsed. --CARRIED.
