ESSEX-WINDSOR SOLID WASTE AUTHORITY <br /> RESOLUTIONS <br /> <br />Tuesday, May 16, 1995 <br /> <br />THAT EWSWA staff be authorized to investigate what should be done <br />with regards to sewage discharge into drains around the proposed <br />regional landfill (i.e. survey of pipes going into the drains, <br />documentation of pipes discharging into the drains and advising the <br />appropriate organization) and report back to the Authority on what <br />recourse should be taken. <br /> <br />Page 2 - Res.
