Iatonna Call To Order The Chairman welcomed everyone and called the meeting to order. Declaration of Interest During the in-camera session, Mr. Davison declared a conflict while the issue of the agreement with Colchester North was being discussed. Mr. Davison left the room during discussion of this topic. Minutes of Meetinqs A) EWSWA - April 19, 1995 Moved by Warden Miller Seconded by Mr. Davison THAT the April 19, 1995 minutes of EWSWA be adopted. --CARRIED. The Chairman noted that at the last meeting, the Authority had been under the impression that new legislation had been proclaimed whereby the method for dealing with and reporting on in-camera issues had changed. Accordingly, he asked that the motions noted on page 9, under the in-camera session, be adopted by the Authority.
