Martin <br /> <br />76/95 <br /> <br />Call To Order <br /> <br />The Chairman welcomed everyone and called the meeting to <br />order. <br /> <br />Declaration of Interest <br /> <br />There was no declaration of interest noted. <br /> <br />Minutes of Meetinqs <br /> <br />A) EWSWA - March 21, 1995 <br /> <br /> Moved by Mr. Wilson <br /> Seconded by Warden Miller <br /> THAT the March 21, 1995 minutes of EWSWA be adopted. <br /> --CARRIED. <br /> <br />Landfill Issues <br /> <br />A) Haul Road Improvements - Essex-Windsor Reqional Landfill <br /> <br />Site <br /> <br />The Authority considered a report regarding the proposed <br />cost sharing formula for upgrading County Road 23 and <br />County Road 18 to service the proposed Essex-Windsor <br />Regional Landfill Site. <br /> <br />It was noted that Proctor & Redfern had carried out a <br />Transportation Assessment Study as part of the overall <br />detailed design of the proposed regional landfill under <br />the Environmental Protection Act. It identified the <br />preferred haul route, particularly for those vehicles <br />having an origin in the City of Windsor, as Highway No. <br />3 to County Road 18 to the proposed site. <br /> <br /> <br />
