Martin <br /> <br />Call to Order <br /> <br />Chairman Chaplin welcomed the members to the meeting and called the <br />meeting to order. <br /> <br />Re <br /> <br />Declaration of Interest <br /> <br />No disclosure of pecuniary interest was noted. <br /> <br />Delegations <br /> <br />A) Township of Colchester South - Mr. Elvey Marshall <br /> <br />Mr. Marshall stated that he had been asked by the Township of <br />Colchester South to appear before the Authority in order that he <br />could outline the municipality's current position with regard to the <br />proposed waterline. He noted that with the upcoming November <br />munidpal elections and the Ministry's review of the EA submission, <br />and the possibility that his client may be faced with a "lame duck <br />council", the township wished to see the matter resolved quickly. <br /> <br /> <br />
