Courey <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />180/94 <br /> <br />Call to Order <br /> <br />Chairman Chaplin welcomed the members to the meeting and <br />called the meeting to order. <br /> <br />Deleqation <br /> <br />The Chair advised that Mr. Bram Granovsky of Global <br />Recycling Inc. had requested to be heard by the Authority. <br /> <br />Moved by Ms. Wisdom <br />Seconded by Mr. Toth <br />THAT Mr. Bram Granovsky of Global Recycling Inc. be allowed <br />to make a presentation before the Authority. <br /> --CARRIED. <br /> <br />Mr. Granovsky stated that the recycling contract with <br />Essex-Windsor Solid Waste Authority had ended on June 30, <br />1994 on a reasonably amicable basis. He advised that there <br />was one remaining issue - that being the funding by OMMRI <br />which he felt should be shared with Global Recycling. Mr. <br />Granovsky stated that he felt approximately $17,000 - <br />$18,000 was still owed to Global based on his understanding <br />of the contract language. <br /> <br />Mr. Courey, solicitor, advised that he had not had an <br />opportunity to fully review Mr. Granovsky's claim. <br /> <br /> <br />
