Recommendations Arising from the <br />Essex-Windsor Waste Management Committee Meeting of March 22, 1994 <br /> <br />THAT the hours of operation at Landfill No. 3 be extended from 12:45 p.m. <br />to 1:45 p.m. on Saturdays. <br /> <br />Page 3 - Res. No. 63/94 <br /> <br />THAT the February 16, 1994 minutes of the Landfill 3 Advisory Committee <br />meeting and the following resolutions be adopted with the exception of <br />Res. 5/94. <br /> <br />a) <br /> <br />That the land lease between the municipalities of Maidstone Area <br />#3 Dog Pound and the County of Essex be extended until <br />November 14, 1994. <br /> <br />b) <br /> <br />That based on the quality of work and budget performance, Jagger <br />Hims contract for the Ground and Surface Water Monitoring <br />Program be renewed for the 1994 year. <br /> <br />Page 3 - Res.
