Pepper and L. Recchia Public Advisory Committee: J. Martel 24/94 25/94 Call to Order Chairman Chaplin welcomed members to the meeting and called the meeting to order. Declaration of Interest During the in-camera session of the meeting, Mr. Duncan and Mayor Hurst declared a conflict of interest with regards to employment of general legal counsel and left the room when this topic was discussed. Mr. Davison was asked to leave during discussion of resident compensation issues. Minutes of the January 18, 1994 EWWMB Meetinq The Committee considered the January 18, 1994 minutes of the EWWMB Committee. Moved by Mr. Duncan Seconded by Mr. Toth THAT the January 18, adopted. 1994 minutes of the EWWMB meeting be --CARRIED. Election of Vice-Chair The Chairman called for nominations for the position of Vice- Chair of EWWMB. Moved by Mr. Renaud Seconded by Mayor Hurst THAT Ms. Sheila Wisdom be nominated for the position of Vice- Chair of EWWMB. --CARRIED.
