D. Coelu::. <br /> <br />Mrs. Grier responded to Mr. Cooke's request for a <br />commitment from the M.O.E. that Essex-Windsor's 60 day <br />deadline tor reviewing agencies would be adhered to. The <br />Minister stated that nothing short ot a cabinet directive <br />to all review Agencies would accomplish a 60 day review. <br />
