Windsor' ~istrict L~bour <br />Council Environmental Committee <br /> <br />Mr. Coronado discussed the C.W.A.'s concerns regarding <br />the lack of progress on plastics recycling, and <br />advocated the Committee's adoption of the Prosperity <br />2000 Plan to bring companies to the area which will <br />provide markets for recycled gOOds. In the meantime <br />the C.W.A. recommended land banking of plastic <br />recyclables until a method of recycling becomes <br />available. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />t <br />
