Courey <br /> <br />Warden Stewart read a letter fro. Mr. Oourey tendering <br />his resignation effective Novelllber 20. 1990. Mr. <br />Courey's letter explained that his duties at the paroian <br />Law Firm are such that. while an actual conflict of <br />interest is not evident. the credibility of the <br />Committee becolll@s involved. In addition. the tiH <br />necessary to constantly guard against conflict of <br />interest was detracting fro. the t floe he could spend on <br />COllllllittee matters. <br /> <br />All of the melabers expressed their thanks to Mr. Oourey <br />for his invaluable contribution to the OO..lttee's work. <br /> <br />219/90 <br /> <br />Hoved by Warden Stew.let <br />Seconded by Mr. TOth <br />THAT the reSignation of Hr.
