Duncan <br />Seconded by Mr. Chaplin <br />THAT the minutes of th~ Essex-windsor Waste Management <br />Committee meeting held September 5. 1990 be approved. <br />--CARRIED. <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />PUblic Advisory Committee Report <br /> <br />Mr. Martel reported on the meeting held August 16th. <br />Btating that the P.A.C. had completed its review of the <br />1R's Report resulting in 36 reco~ndations for <br />R.W.W.M.C. consideration. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Mr. Martel stated that the P.A.C. would lUte costs <br />attached to the recommendations as soon as possible, so <br />the E.W.W.M.C. can give serious consideration to <br />implementation; the P.A.C. is concerned that possible <br />3R's efforts are not underway because of the RFP <br />process, and feels a concerted effort should be Bade to <br />proceed. <br />
