Mr. Paul Quinlan spoke on behalf of M.A.D., stating with regard!n!] to -In Camera- lDtH!tings, that the group understood open meetings to be one of the most important aspects of the Committee when it W<llS formed, and feels that the democratic process is not being upheld when meetings are closed to the pUblic. . ~tlon . .
