The name and logo are registered and are globally exclusive. The copy of their
presentation is attached as Appendix "A".

Gordon Orr, Sandra Bradt and Mary Rogers presented the fourth quarter statistics (attached
hereto as Appendix "B") also, Gordon Orr, Acting Managing Director of the Bureau, presented a
schedule of future Board meetings (attached hereto as Appendix "C").

The meetings are intended to take place on the first Wednesday of every other month beginning
at 2:00 p.m. The meetings are scheduled for May 7th, May 28th (annual general meeting), and
July 2nd, 2003.

The theme of the annual general meetings scheduled for May 28th is tourism in our region.

Rob Evans discussed the very important issue with the Ontario Hotel/Motel Restaurant
Association regarding membership status relating to student residences. Locally, the University
of Windsor and St. Clair College are competing with hotels for the provision of rooms for
conventions, seminars and sporting events. This presents unfair competition as these facilities
are not taxed similar to hotels and motels.
