Mr. <br />Linnell noted that the value of the collection had <br />increased significantly since its inception when the <br />Civic Centre was constructed in 1973. <br /> <br />Mr. Linnell informed the members of a donated terra- <br />cotta bust of "JACK MINER" created by the recently <br />
