BUILDING MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE MINUTES <br /> <br /> October 26, 2000 <br /> Essex County Civic Centre <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Messrs. McNamara, Kennedy, Petrozzi, Kornacki, <br />Queen and Timmins <br /> <br />Messrs. Maisonville, Faulkner and Schmidt, <br />Mrs. Allen and Mrs. Martin <br /> <br />Call to Order <br /> <br />Chairman McNamara welcomed all and called the meeting <br />to order. <br /> <br />Disclosure of Pecuniary Interest <br /> <br />No disclosure of pecuniary interest was made. <br /> <br />10/00 <br /> <br />Adoption of Minutes <br /> <br />Moved by Mr. Kennedy <br />Seconded by Mr. Timmins <br />THAT the minutes of the Building Management Committee <br />meeting held April 27, 2000 be adopted as presented. <br /> --CARRIED. <br /> <br />Town of Tecumseh Request re Art Collection <br /> <br />Consideration was given to a letter from the Town of <br />Tecumseh requesting the Civic Centre to house the <br />Town's art collection until Tecumseh's new Municipal <br />Building and Library are completed. <br /> <br />Mr. Linnell reported that he had met with the Deputy <br />Clerk from Tecumseh and had evaluated the collection <br />for estimated value and repairs. He noted that it <br />should be determined whether the collection was <br />insured. <br /> <br /> <br />
