Faulkner, Maisonville, Schmidt and <br />Shinas; Mrs. Allen and Mrs. Martin <br /> <br />Call to Order <br /> <br />Chairman McNamara welcomed all and called the meeting <br />to order. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />Disclosure of Pecunia~ Interest <br /> <br />No disclosure of pecuniary interest was made. <br /> <br />15/99 <br /> <br />Adoption of Minutes <br /> <br />Moved by Mr. Kennedy <br />Seconded by Mr. Timmins <br />THAT the minutes of the Building Management Committee <br />meeting held September 16, 1999 be adopted as <br />presented. --CARRIED. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />2000 Budget Esti~tes <br /> <br />Mr. Maisonville reported that projected actuals for <br />1999 indicated a surplus of $83,912 would be realized, <br />due primarily to: <br /> <br />· delay in brickwork repair <br />· unbudgeted repairs to air conditioning system offset <br /> by elimination of a capital project <br />· delay in reconstruction of entrance ramp for <br /> disabled <br />· increased interest income from delayed capital <br /> projects. <br /> <br /> <br />
