Disclosure of Interest <br /> <br />No disclOsure of interest was noted. <br /> <br />J. <br /> <br />1990 Budqet <br /> <br />Mr. Recchia presented a line-bY-line review of the 1990 <br />budget estimates totalling $595,542, an increase of 4.2' <br />OVN the 1989 request of $571,711. (attached) <br /> <br />With regard to the recommended 10' Increase in County <br />Administration fees, Mr. Recchia explained that he had <br />und"rtaken <1n extensive review of the services provided <br />and felt that the Increase more accurately reflected the <br />County's tru~ Costs. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />He.
