For Immediate Release October 11,2002 PROPOSED BOUNDARY ADJUSTMENT AGREEMENT PUBLIC MEETINGS The Councils for the Town of Tecumseh, the City of Windsor and the County of Essex have agreed to forward the tentative proposed boundary adjustment agreement to a public meeting process in accordance with the requirements of the Municipal Act. Each municipality will hold a public meeting to provide all stakeholders with the opportunity to review and comment on the proposed boundary adjustment agreement. Copies of the proposed boundary adjustment agreement will be made available for inspection by the public by Tuesday, October 15th at all city and county public libraries, three municipal Clerk's Offices, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm as well as municipal websites. To book a delegation, please call the appropriate Municipal Clerk's Office as listed. Each municipality will receive written submissions from the public up to and including 12 noon on the day of the meeting. The County of Essex its public meeting on Wednesday October 23rd at 7 pm, Council Chamber, Civic Centre 360 Fairview Avenue West.
