CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairman Schmidt welcomed the members and called the meeting <br />to order. <br /> <br />2. DECLARATION OF INTEREST <br /> <br />No disclosure of interest was noted. <br /> <br />3. DELEGATION <br /> <br />A) John Kehoe. Manaoer. Union Water Supply System <br /> <br />John Kehoe, Manager of the Union Water Supply System, <br />appeared before the Authority to obtain permission to locate <br />a new elevated water tower for the Union Water Supply <br />System on the southeast corner of Landfill NO.2 beside <br />County Road 31 and the former CSX railway right-of-way. <br />He noted that the Board had permitted Union Water to <br />conduct testing at two locations at the Landfill and that the <br />preliminary investigations that were done as part of the <br />Environmental Assessment showed that the proposed site is <br />geotechnically and topographically suitable. <br />
