CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairperson Gignac assumed the Chair and called the meeting to <br />order. <br /> <br />2. DECLARATION OF INTEREST <br /> <br />There was no declaration of interest. <br /> <br />3. DELEGATIONS <br /> <br />A) Federation of Canadian Municipalities <br /> <br />Councillor Berry Vrbanovic, Chicopee-Grand River Ward (2), <br />City of Kitchener and Vice-President at Large, Federation of <br />Canadian Municipalities presented a PowerPoint <br />presentation on FCM's Post-Tsunami Reconstruction <br />Programs. Following the presentation, Mr. Vrbanovic <br />presented Todd Pepper with a plaque in recognition of his <br />volunteer service to support the Galle Solid Waste <br />Management Project. Mr. Pepper thanked the members of <br />the Board for allowing him to volunteer his time in Sri Lanka <br />and also thanked the Management Team members for their <br />assistance while he was away. <br />
