"] <br />BY -LAW NO. 92. <br />,1 By Law to raise two thousand dollars in aid of the Volunteers of this County <br />who have been out on actual service. <br />Passed June 21, 1866. <br />Whereas it is deemed advisable to grant a sum of two thousand dollars in aid <br />of the Essex Volunteers, <br />Be it therefore enacted by the corporation of the County of Essex, in Council <br />assembled, That the said sum of two thousand dollars be raised, levied and col- <br />lected upon the whole rateable property in the County of Essex, in addition to <br />all other rates and assessments for and during the present year, for the purpose <br />mentioned in the preamble of this By -law. <br />Be it further enacted, that the said sum of two thousand dollars shall be <br />divided amongst the several Volunteers wbo have been called out, (or who <br />may be called out during the present year,) on actual service. <br />And be it further enacted, that the Warden, and Messrs.
