SOLOMON WIGLE, Warden. <br />lst. --Be it therefore enacted that that portion of 8andwieh Sliest, <br />known as the Willow Swamp, East of Maidstone Cross, be assumed as a <br />County Road. <br />BY -LAW NO, 63. <br />A By -Law to assume that portion of the Huron Line lying between the <br />limits of the Town of Sandwich and the Town Line 6et'tc'eets <br />Sandwich East and Sandwich West. <br />Bes36H 23rd Tune, 1865. <br />Whereas it is deemed expedient to assume that portion of the H" <br />Line lying between the limits of the Town of Sandwich and the Town Line <br />between Sandwich East and Sandwich West, <br />Be it therefore enactei by the County Council of the CoVoration of the <br />County of Essex, in Council as .sembledt and it is hereby enacted, that so <br />much of what is known as the Huron Line as lies between the limits of the <br />Town of Sandwich and the Town Line between Sandwich F-Ast and Sand- <br />wich West, together with the bridges along said limits, be and the frame are <br />assumed as County Roads. <br />D, MOYNAHAN, Clerk.
