89 <br />BY -LAW LXV. <br />A BY -LAW <br />For the appoiatmeat of a Board of Trustees, for the Senior County <br />Grammar School of the County of Essex. <br />PAseen 5th February, A. D., 1852. <br />Whereas it is expedient that a Board of •rru, tees should be appointed <br />for the Senior Grammar School in the County of Essex, at the Tows of <br />$sadwich in this County, under the provium of the Act, respecting Grew <br />eu Schools. <br />1. Be it therefore enacted by the Municipal Conned of the County <br />of Fssex : <br />That a Board of Trustees for the said Senior County Grammar <br />school, be and hereby is established, consisting of the followwg persons, <br />that is to say: Charles Baby, James Hands Wilkinson, the Rev. J. Harst, <br />C. E. Ca. aorain, H. C. Guillot, C. F. Eliot and John A. Askin, Esquires, <br />who shall be and are hereby appointed members of such Board, and shall <br />coatieve io office as such Trustees under and according to the provis+oss• <br />of the said Act. <br />2. Be it enacted that J. A. Askin and H. C. Guillot ,ball retire <br />the first year, Charles Baby and J. H. Wilkinson, the sea,ad year, &0 <br />Dr. Casgrain and C. F.
