so NUMBER TAT. A BY —LAW 110 provide for the Carrent Expenses of the Covwtlty 'of Essex, and for ttir payment of (grand and Petit Jurors for the year 1859. [PAssED, July 2, 1859. VI'l►ereas it is necessary to provide the sum of eight thousand sing hundred dollars to defray the current expenses of the County of Em according to the estimate of the Finanes Committee ; and whereas it b expedient to raise the sum of eighteen hundred dollars for the payseat of Grand and Petit Jurors attending the Court of Assize, Nisi Pries, ad General Quarter Sessions of the Peace, and the County Court ; I. Be it therefore enacted by the County Council of the Corporation of the County of Essex, in Council assembled, under and by virtue of the 13p. per Canada Municipal Act, and it is hereby enacted by the autbority e; the same, that there shall be raised, levied and collected the said sum of eigh thousand nine hundred dollars upon the whole rateable property is tk Couuty of Essex in addition to all other rates and assessments for std during the present year, for the general current expenses of the said Couch of Essex. H. Be it enacted, that there shall also be raised, levied and collected, the sum of eighteen hundred dollars, for the purpose of creating a fond for the said Jurors attending the Courts of Assize, Nisi Prius, General Qate Sessions of the Peace, and County Court, is and for the avid Couch of Essex, upon the whole rateable property in the County of E addition to all other rates and assessments imposed for County or T�' 4 purposes. 11I.
