D. 1857. <br />[Paeftd 27th January, A D. 1858.1 <br />Whereas, it is deemed expedient to repeal By -Law No. 26, entitled "a <br />By -Law to assume the road commonly known as the old Malden Road, <br />being a continuation of the Town Line between Malden and Anderdon to <br />Sandwich street." <br />Be it therefore enacted by the Municipal Council of the County of <br />Essex in Council assembled, under and by virtue of the " Upper Canada <br />Municipal Corporations Act of 1849," and it is hereby enacted by the <br />authority of the same, that the said By -Law No. 26, entitled '• a By -Law to <br />assume the road commonly known as the old Malden Road, being a con- <br />tinuation of the Town Line between Malden and Anderdon to Sandwich <br />street," and passed the 29th January, A.
