M. <br />that upon the said warrant being duly signed by the Warden of the said <br />County, the Auditors are hereby required to audit an4i sign the same, upon <br />which said warrant so signed and audited, the Treasurer of the said <br />county is hereby required to pay the said Duncan Alexander McXullin <br />the amount of his wtid salary as the same may become due. <br />V. And be it further enacted, that the By -Law entitled a By -Law to <br />appoint the Treasurer and County Clerk 4 the County of Essex, and fm <br />other purposes therein mentioned, passed 29th January, A. 1). 1&%, so far <br />as the saiue relates to the appointment of James Hands Wilkinson County <br />Clerk, be and the same is hereby repealed. <br />D. D. 1857. <br />[Paeftd 27th January, A D. 1858.1 <br />Whereas, it is deemed expedient to repeal By -Law No. 26, entitled "a <br />By -Law to assume the road commonly known as the old Malden Road, <br />being a continuation of the Town Line between Malden and Anderdon to <br />Sandwich street." <br />Be it therefore enacted by the Municipal Council of the County of <br />Essex in Council assembled, under and by virtue of the " Upper Canada <br />Municipal Corporations Act of 1849," and it is hereby enacted by the <br />authority of the same, that the said By -Law No. 26, entitled '• a By -Law to <br />assume the road commonly known as the old Malden Road, being a con- <br />tinuation of the Town Line between Malden and Anderdon to Sandwich <br />street," and passed the 29th January, A.
