D, 1857. <br />Wmzaaes the Municipal Council of the County of Rem, have resolved <br />to open out certain Town Linea in the County of ]Essen; and whem <br />the said Council have proposed a certain By -Law to rare upon the D& <br />bentures of the County, the sum of £30,000. And where" it is now <br />nary to provide the manner in which the decision of each Musidpefity, <br />or the Electors thereof, shall be made known as to whether a By-10 <br />shall be passed to raise the said sum of £30,000. <br />Be it therefore enacted by the Municipal Council of the County of <br />Ewes, in Council assembled under and by, virtue of the MunWpi <br />Corporations Act of 1849. That the manner in which the By -Law to <br />raise 119 way of loan the sum of £30,000, for opening Town Lines and <br />improving the County Roads, within the County of Essex, sha11 baps$ <br />ed, aball be by the majority of votes of the Municipalities approving at <br />disapproving the same, and the manner in which the decision of esci <br />Municipality, shall be made known to the County Clerk, shall be by a <br />Certificate under the hand of the Township, Town or Village Clerk of <br />tech Mugicipality. <br />J.
