34 <br />Road set forth and described in the covenant filed by the said Company <br />in the Registry Office of the County of Essex, and bearing date the 25th <br />day of April, A.D. 1855. <br />And where" it is expedient to grant the prayer of the maid petition: <br />Be it enacted by the Municipal Council of the County of ]& ' is <br />Council assembled, under and by virtue of the Municipal Corporations <br />Act, and under and by virtue of the Act passed in the 16th year of Her <br />Majesty's Reign., entitled K an Act to amend and donwhdate the seMi <br />seta for the formation of Joint Stock Companies for the eonetructwo of <br />Roads and other works in Upper Canada. And be it enacted by the <br />authority of the same, <br />L That the Talbot and Windsor Road Company be granted and <br />allowed the further time of one year to complete the line of Road under <br />their covenant, beating date the 28th day of April, A.D. 1855, and fled <br />in the Registry Office of the County of Essen, and extending from a <br />point on Sandwich Street to the Tavern of Alexander Ouellette on the <br />Talbot Road west, in the Township of Sandwich. <br />And that said Company be permitted to have until the 25th of <br />1pri4 1859, for the completion of the said Road. <br />J, H.
