SursxiassxDSxrs oir SaaooLS You 7s Tz" 1550%, , <br />Passed, June Bard, ISO& " <br />Waaasks it is necessary, under the provisions of the Common Se-hod <br />Act in order to entitle the several Townships, in the United Counties 4 <br />Essex and Lambton, to certain sums of. money, out of the- Le;isWive <br />School Grant, for the payment of legally qualified Teachers, tD fmsM <br />the several Townships„ in sump, equal at least, to the sums apportioned <br />after allowing for probable defalcations and expenses of collection. <br />Be it therefore enacted, by the Municipal Council of the United <br />Counties of Essex and Lambton. <br />L That there be raised, levied and collected, for the payment bt <br />Qualified Teachers, upon the Rateable Property in. the several Townshiip4 <br />of the United Counties, in addition to all other rates and asseswneow <br />thesuin of six hundred and forty six pounds, five ahillings and eleven <br />pence, being the equivalent amount to the School Grant apportionmect <br />for the present year. Which said sum is to be apportioned to the several <br />Townships in the said United Counties, a=a dine to the S::haduiro ap- <br />pended to this By -Law, together with seven and one WE per eel A" <br />to the several amounts respectively, to cover the- expenses ofeolleotion <br />and probable defalcations.
