<br />St. Charles street, which has heretofore been assumed as a county road ;
<br />Be it therefore enacted by the Council of the corporation of the County . of
<br />Essex, in Council assembled, and it is hereby enacted, that Main street in the
<br />village of Belle River and the continuation thereof to the road allowance between
<br />the first and second concessions of the township of Rochester be and the sane is
<br />hereby assumed as a county road for the purpose of enabling the county appro-
<br />priation to be expended on said Main street, and for that purpose only.
<br />By -lair No. 163 is hereby repealed.

<br />Whereas, It is necessary and expedient to assume the road in the township of
<br />Maidstone hereinafter more particularly described as a county road;
<br />He it' therefore enacted by the Council of the corporation of the County of
<br />&sex, in Council assembled, and it is hereby enacted, that the road in the town-
<br />ship of Maidstone, more particularly described as commencing at the sick line
<br />between lots Nos. 12 and 13, Middle Road range, thence west to the line between
<br />loss Nos. 10 and t t, Middle Road range, thence south on the road between said
<br />kt Nos. to and i 1 and the road between the 5th and 6th concessions of the said
<br />totraship of Maidstone and the township of Gosfield, be and the name is hereby
<br />Maimed as a county road for the Cr se of enabling the county appropriation
<br />to be expended on the same, and for that purpose onlyy.
