<br />Essex, in Council assembled. under and by virtue of the Public School Act of tht

<br />And be it further enacted that the said sum be paid to the Secretary of the

<br />Whereas, it is expedient and necessary to equalize the valuation of real aQ
<br />persma property in the assessment rolls of the different townships, towns sad
<br />villages in the County of Essen ;
<br />And whereas, the Council of the County of Essex, as provided by the Amen.
<br />meat Act of the province of Ontario, have examined the assessment rolls of the
<br />several townships, towns and villages in the said County for the preeedi� fiam
<br />cial year, for the purpose of ascertaining whether the valuation mask by the
<br />avessors for the current year bears a just relation to the valuation so made in al
<br />such townships, towns and villages ;
<br />And whereas, for the purposes of the County rates it is deemed necessary by
<br />the Council aforesaid to produce a just relation between the valuations of the
<br />real and personal estate in the said County, to increase or decrease the aggreak
<br />valuations of real and personal property in any such townships, towns, or villag"
<br />in said County as provided by the said Assessment Act:
<br />Be it therefore enacted by the Corporation of the County of Essen, the Mvs
<br />cipal Council thereof being duly convened and assembled, and it is hereby m,
<br />acted, that the following valuations shall be and the same are hereby fixid as
<br />the equalized valuations of real and ppeersonal property in the diBerent townuhiM
