<br />To Equalize the Valuation in the Amesatnent Rolla of the different TOWW
<br />ships, Tozens and T'illayes in the County of Esser.
<br />Passed done 22d, 1877.
<br />Whereas, it is expedient and necessary to tlualize the valuation of real and per -
<br />anal property in the assessment rolls of the different towushipe, towns and villages
<br />in the county of Essex ;
<br />And whereas, the council of the county of Essex, as provided in the 71st section
<br />and amendmentd thereto of the Assessment Act of 1¢69, have examined the anew
<br />meat rolls of the several townships, towns and villages in the said county for the
<br />preceding financial year, for the purpose of ascertaining whether the valuation merle
<br />by the assessors for the current year bear a just relation to the valuation se sods in
<br />ail such townships, towns and villages;
<br />And whereas, for the purposes of the county rates, it is deemed necessary by the
<br />council aforesaid to produce a just relation between all the valuations of the real and
<br />personal property in the said county, in • certain cases to inoram or dimiuish
<br />the valuations as provided by sub- section 2 of the said 71st section:
<br />Be it therefore enacted by the corporation of the county of Essex, the municipal
<br />council thereof being duly convened and assembled, and it is hereby enacted:
<br />That the following valuations shall be, and the same are hereby fixed as the
<br />equalized valuations of real and personal property in the different townships, towns
<br />and villages in the county of Essex, for the year 1877 :
