SIT* <br />(Prrsent No. 7.) <br />ro &m7orrate the Vif layc of Kingsvilk, in the Township of 03 vfieK in the Comity i <br />of asses. <br />WHEREAS, The census returns of the unincorporated village <br />of Kingsville, with its immediate neighborhood, taken under the di- <br />rection of the Council of the County of Essex, show that the Same <br />contains over seven hundred and fifty inhabitants. <br />And whereas, the residences of such inhabitants are sufficiently <br />near to form an incorporated village. <br />And whereas not less than one hundred resident freeholders and <br />householders of the said village and neighborhood, of whom not less <br />than one half are freeholders, by their petition do pray for the ineor- <br />poration of the said village and neighborhood as a village. <br />It is therefore enacted by the Municipal Council of the corpora- <br />tion of the County of Essex, in Council assembled, under and by <br />virtue of the Municipal Institutions Act of Ontario. as follows: <br />I. On and after the passing of this by -law, the inhabitants'of <br />the said Village of Kingsville and neighborhood, comprised within <br />the boundaries hereinafter mentioned, shall be and they are hereby <br />constituted a body corporate apart from the Township of Gosfield, in <br />which the said Village of Kingsville and neighborhood are situate, <br />nnder the name of •6The Corporation of the Village of Kingsville," <br />and shall enjoy all such rights, powers and privileges as are now or ; <br />shall hereafter be conferred on incorporated villages in the Provinoe <br />of Ontario. <br />II. The said Village of Kingsville shall comprise and consist <br />of the following lots and parcels of land, and be bounded as follows, i <br />that is to say : Description of 497 59 -100 acres of I", which it is <br />proposed to strike off from the Township of Gosfield, and form a new <br />corporation known as the Village of Kingsville. <br />Commencing at the south -east aisle of lot No. 1, on the west <br />side of the Division Road; then westerly along the water's edge of <br />Labe Erie, a distance of 10 chains and 10 links; thence north two <br />degrees and thirty minutes east (n3 ° 30' e) parallel to the D1VililoD <br />Road, a distance of 38 chains, to the south end of village lots south <br />of Elm street; thence north eighty -seven degrees and thirty minutes <br />west (a 37 0 30 w) parallel to Maiii Street west, a distance of 2 <br />chains; thence south sixty -three degrees and thirty unnutes west <br />(a 68 o 3Q w ) parallel to the main traveled road through low Noe. 4 <br />and 5, in the 1st concession in the western division, W%-ueiup of <br />(iosfield, a distance of 21 chains and 44 links ; thence north two de_ <br />gress and thirty minutes east (11 2 0 30 e) parallel to the Divisi0u <br />Road, a distance of 26 chains and 64 links, to the 80111,11 side of the <br />main travelled road; thence coutinumg iu the last mentioned direc- <br />- ---- -- <br />
