19 <br />Rate Rate for Loft( <br />MUNICIPALITIES. for Qualified Superinten- <br />Teachers, dente for the <br />1854. 1 Year 1854. <br />£ 1 405 0 0 1 54 0 0 <br />NUMBER XII. <br />A BY -LAW <br />To provide for the carrent expenses of the County of Essex for the <br />year 1854. <br />[Pess$n, 18th August, 1854. <br />WHas$As it is necessary to provide the sum of £2,736 to defray the <br />current expenses of the County of Essex, and whereas the whole assessed <br />ralae of property in the County of Essex amounts to £656,687, and it <br />will require a rate of one penny in the pound to be raised, levied and cot_ <br />lected upon the assessed value of all the property therein to raise the said <br />sum of 12736. <br />Be it therefore enacted by the Municipal Council of the County of <br />Eue], die.
