<br />Whereas the Municipal Council of -the CorporaUoa of the Como y of
<br />Essex in Council assembled, did by. vole appoint Robert A. Whyte a
<br />4 Auditor, and the Warden by exercise of his privilege by appointing
<br />Stephen Kuight Auditor to act with Robert A. Whyte, as Auditors for
<br />Ithe said County of Essex, , !
<br />,Be it therefore enacted by the Municipal Council of the flarporalisII
<br />of the County of Essex in Council assembled, that the taid Robat A.
<br />Whyte and Stephen - knight .be,. land ukey are hereby appointed a afl

<br />- And be it further enacted, that the said Robert A. Whyte and Steplrett

<br />Robert A. Whyte and Stephen Knight by Warrant upon the Conch
<br />Treasurer of the said County of _Rseex, quarterly, and that the Wardoa
<br />is hereby authorized to sign Warrants for the payment of their salaries

<br />'in Council aasembled,'under and by virtue of 29th and 30th Vic., ego
<br />51, `sec. 286, of the Statuted of Canaria,
<br />1. No.person shall be or act as a hawker or petty ehapman, or carry
<br />on a petty trade within the County (unless he shall have previously
<br />become a householder or permanent resident therein) who in art
<br />obtained a license therefor.
<br />2. No person shall k or act as a'pedlar, or go from place toplace,
<br />oftoother eoea.►S houses, on. foot, or with any animal bearingordrawiag
