NOTICE OF REGISTRATION OF BY-LAW NOTICE is hereby given that a By-law was passed by the Muni- cipal Council of the Corporation of the County of Essex, on the 6th day of March, A.D. 1925, prolViding for the issue of debentures to the amount of $140,000.00, for the purpose of payment of the County's portion of the cost of the new gaol, and that such by-law was regis- tered in the Registry Office of the County of Essex at Sandwich, on the 9th day of March, A.D. 1925. By-Law No. 596 A BY-LAW TO CONFIRM BY-LAW No. 628 OF THE TOWN- SIDP OF SANDWICH WEST, CLOSING A PART OF THE FRONT OR RIVl!:R ROAD IN SANDWICH WEST. Passed Decemher 9, 1926 WHEREAS, the Municipal Corporation of the Township of Sand- wich West has passed a By-law bearing number 628 to stop up and close that certain parcel or tract of land and premises, being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the intersection of the northerly limit of Block "A" according to registered Plan No. 688 with the easterly limit of the Front or River Road; thence southerly along the the easterly limit of the Front or River Road which is also the westerly limit of said Block "A" a distance of 900 feet more or less to its intersection with the southerly limit of said Block "A", thence weste'rly along the production westerly of the southerly limit of Block jjA" a distance of 36 feet 9 inches more or less to the water's edge of the Detroit River, thence northerly following the water's edge of the said Detroit River, a distance of 900 feet more or less to its intersection with the easterly production of the northerly limit of said Block "A", thence easterly along the said westerly production of the northerly limit of said Block "A", a distance of 48 feet more or less to the point of commencement. .
