The OTN felt <br />that it was important to begin to recognize leaders in Ontario in the <br />area of smoking regulation and tobacco control. The result was the <br />creation of the Ontario Community Champions Local Tobacco <br />Control Awards. In 2004, four awards were presented province <br />wide, including one to the former Warden and Council of the <br />County of Essex (2000-2003) for the adoption <br /> <br /> <br />
