SPECIAL SESSION <br /> <br />(7) NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />Correspondence has been received from Mr. Robert Holland of the <br />Ash Rescue Coalition (ARC), request'rog County Council's <br />adoption of a resolution that the Canadian Food h~spection Agency <br />(CFIA) and Canada Forest Service (CFS) be urgently requested, in <br />the public interest, to take the lead in applying for, processing and <br />obtaining any permits required from PMRA or any other federal or <br />provincial regulatory agency to allow testing of DE + natural <br />pyrethrins formulation known as Perma-Guard D-20 on the Flood <br />woodlot at or before the height of the EAB mating and egg-laying <br />season in mid-June 2003, together with testing of any other <br />promising pesticide which might be recommended for use at the <br />same time on the same woodlot by CFIA and CFS. <br /> <br />(Proposed Resolution Duplicated for County Council). <br /> <br />(8) BY-LAWS <br /> <br />BY-LAW NUMBER 22-2003 <br /> <br />BEING A BY-LAW TO APPOINT AN ADMINISTRATOR FOR THE SUN <br />PARLOR HOME FOR SENIOR CITIZENS <br />(William J.
